Jeanne Rosenberg graduated from USC Cinema as a documentary film-maker. As a script supervisor she worked on the cult hits “Pirahna”, “Rock and Roll High School”, “Beastmaster”, “The Fog” and others. Her screenwriting projects include THE BLACK STALLION, THE JOURNEY OF NATTY GANN, WHITE FANG, HEIDI, T-REX for IMAX, THE YOUNG BLACK STALLION, THE SIRE (as writer/director) and many more.

Max Trumpower studied acting with Peggy Feury and Lee Strasberg. He co-founded the West End Theater Group. In addition to early adventures in treasure hunting, and a career in real estate, Max has acted in numerous tv series and films, most recently in the indie feature DARK CANVAS which he also co-produced. Other projects produced by Max include “Nowhere to Run”, “Moonies Kids Don’t Cry” and “The Price of Doing Business”. He is currently prepping HATCH a heartfelt boy and a dog adventure story set in Louisiana Bayou country.

Chip Proser, a Director-Cameraman and Producer for 7 years at WCVB-TV in Boston, won multiple awards and Emmys at the Peabody Award-winning ABC Affiliate, called "Arguably the Best TV Station in America" by the New York Times. He was captured by Gypsies and forced to become a screenwriter in 1980 after selling his original feature screenplay INTERFACE to Zoetrope Studios. Called "One of the Best Films Never Made" by American Film Magazine, the project resides at Paramount. Proser did the major page 1 rewrite on TOP GUN wrote ICEMAN created and wrote INNERSPACE He Created, Wrote, Produced and Directed "Sworn To Secrecy (Secrets Of War, Int’l), a documentary series for A&E; History Channel and Pearson Television. He has written projects for CBS, NBC, HBO, Warner Brothers, Paramount, Columbia, Disney, ABC and wrote the interactive game "Top Gun - Fire At Will". He recently Wrote/Directed/Produced "GAIA SELENE - Saving the Earth by Colonizing the Moon", a feature documentary on climate change, the energy crisis and the harvesting of clean, renewable energy from Lunar Solar Power and Helium 3 Fusion. As a Strike TV member, he’s shot the projects “Urban Cowgirl”, “Smartest Man in The World,” “Don't Get a Boner” and “The Write Environment.” He is producing/directing a documentary on the Strike, plus his own Strike TV online series, “The Crew” and “Tranquility Base,” an animated series on lunar colonization.

Clint Rowe has over 37 years of professional experience in the film industry. His interactive/confidence building training methods based on mutual trust and positive reinforcement have enabled him to provide star animals in the film industry such as: Mike the Dog, starring as Matisse in "Down and Out in Beverly Hills", Beasley, starring as Hooch in "Turner and Hooch", and Jed, a wolf hybrid, star of "White Fang" and "The Journey of Natty Gann" He has written, produced and filmed an educational documentary on the animals of the Mojave desert which is currently in post production. And he created a children's series involving Kodiak bears also currently in post production. He is co-creator and co-director of the Wilshire The Fire Dog child safety program for the Los Angeles City Fire Department and has produced the fire safety videos supporting this program. This is Clint’s fourth project with Jeanne.

Skip Schoolnik, from West Hartford, Conn, graduated U of Conn School of Fine Arts w/ BFA in Theater Arts and worked Off Off –Broadway for a year directing plays. He graduated USC Film School w/ MFA in Cinematic Arts. Skip worked as a feature and TV editor before shifting to producing and directing. Among others, Skip worked on the six hour EMMY AWARD winning Drug Wars I, was nominated for the A.C.E. EDDIE AWARD for MAX AND HELEN, was a producer/director on the WB’s ANGEL, and a producer on K-VILLE. He is currently working on a pilot entitled SONS OF ANARCHY.

Lee Rhoads graduated from USC Film School where he won a Student Academy Award for his film about the disappearance of the LA Red Line. He’s worked as an editor on documentaries, has cut trailers for features too numerous to name and currently consults on the use of solar power for homes and businesses.

Briana London, A.C.E. has been nominated for 2 Primetime Emmy awards plus 4 American Cinema Editors awards and won the 1994 ACE EDDIE award for best edited dramatic series. Straight out of UCLA film school where she created a musical called “Junior High School” (including teen-aged cast member, Paula Abdul) Briana joined Disney Studios as a development executive and writer. She Associate produced MIDNIGHT MADNESS, casting Michael J.Fox in his first American movie role. Asked to help develop a new editing system for CFI, Briana introduced Fox Studios editors to the new wave of editing systems. Since the early 80’s, Briana has edited Pilots, MOW’s, Episodic Dramas and Sit-Coms. Most notably: THE PAPER CHASE, GREYS ANATOMY, HUFF, CROSSING JORDAN, OCTOBER ROAD, ANY DAY NOW, SLEDGEHAMMER, 3rd ROCK FROM THE SUN, LATELINE, EZ STREETS, CHICAGO HOPE and NORTHERN EXPOSURE for which she received the EDDIE Award. Currently Briana is editing the Lifetime series, ARMY WIVES. She is a member of the Academy of Televison, American Cinema Editors, Writers Guild, Editors Guild and Directors Guild. She directed two episodes of the Lifetime series, ANY DAY NOW. With writing partner Lynn Mills, Briana has developed two episodic projects and a feature script, which earned a writing award at a national competition. Briana lives with her husband, Charlie Sitzer, their 13-year-old son, Jordan, 2 dogs and horse, Mandy.

She works for Coldwell Banker – Calabasas, and makes her home in Topanga Canyon – not far from the ranch in Urban Cowgirl.

He has appeared on numerous albums and presently records for TAXIM records in Germany. Most of his solo and group efforts are available on CD. He currently records for TAXIM records in Germany and Chris’s second and third albums will be re-released on Everloving records in the US sometime in mid 2008.

Emma Brayfield is a 16 year old Junior in High School. She has been riding horses for 12 years. She started learning Reining at an early age, but then switched to Dressage. She has been riding and showing Dressage for the past 9 years. Aside from Horses Emma has also played Softball for 9 years and was the starting pitcher on her High School team. Urban Cowgirl is her first professional acting experience. She found it very exciting and thinks it’s something she might peruse. Eventually, however, Emma hopes to attend a 4 year university and become a Large Animal Vet.

Brian Graves, trained at the famed Asolo Conservatory as a classical actor, has recently been making a splash on the indie movie scene. Brian was raised in Oregon on a small horse farm inspired by his mother's love of Walter Farley’s Black Stallion novels. By age 13, Brian was actively breaking horses. The acting bug struck in high school when Brian was cast in the local production of A Christmas Carol. Educating himself in all aspects of theater, Brian has worked as a master flyman, scene painter, carpenter, electrician, and technical director, as well as an actor. He enjoyed a stint as the Technical Director for Denison University before returning to acting full time. Since moving to Hollywood, Brian has starred in four indie features, several shorts, and is currently working on the series Urban Cowgirl, created by Jeanne Rosenberg (writer of The Black Stallion and The Young Black Stallion screenplays). Brian is the winner of two Woody Awards for his roles in The Importance of Being Earnest (Algernon) and A Flea in Her Ear (Camille).

Deana Barone worked in New York theatre, including a number of Off-Broadway plays, for several years, before moving to Los Angeles, where she has performed in plays at the Odyssey Theatre, The Elephant Theatre, and The Road Theatre. She is a member of the Road and Elephant Theatre Companies, and played the lead in Cowboy Mouth by Sam Shepard, the first production of Brickolage, Erica Trumpower, producer. "Kiss," a play she authored, will be produced by the vs. theater company in the fall. She has played a meth addict on HBO, was in a Sci Fi channel horror short, and starred in a number of independent movies. She will soon appear in the webseries, "Starlet," and is very happy to be in "Urban Cowgirl."

Chris Joffe, a 17 year old Junior in high school has been riding most of his life. He has spent time on a ranch learning to ride in different styles. Currently he is in training with Renee Baker, showing his horse, Peppy Sugar Chex, aka "Pepper" - and having a great time. Chris has never had any professional acting experience before but loved the environment and the challenge along with the fun. In the future, Chris plans to attend U.C. Davis and further a career with horses and veterinary medicine.

Hi, my name is Haley and I'm 16, turning 17 in June. Ive had my my horse, Shasta for about 2 and a half years now and I love her so much. Shasta went to boading school with me for 10 months, so we have been through a lot together. I am very outgoing, fun and energetic. I love to dance and have danced and cheered for a couple of years. I'm just starting to model, and hope to act as well.
